I'm not able to duplicate this with the latest -dev release of editor.
When clicking the "edit" on a content pane in Mini Panels, the Editor doesn't load.
Upon inspection I can see two 404 http requests:
http://localhost/admin/structure/mini-panels/list/machine_name/edit/skins/moono/editor.css?t=oemqlw
http://localhost/admin/structure/mini-panels/list/machine_name/edit/lang/en.js?t=oemqlw Notes: at this point the URL for the page is:
http://localhost/admin/structure/mini-panels/list/machine_name/edit/content
And the Ajax query that is opening up the (ctools) dialog with the missing Editor is:
http://localhost/panels/ajax/editor/edit-pane/panels_mini%3Amachine_name/999

Not all content is available!
It's likely this issue predates Contrib.social: some issue and comment data are missing.
I'm not able to duplicate this with the latest -dev release of editor.
