Steps to reproduce (starting with a fresh D8 site):
- Install bibcite module, including all dependencies.
- Log into D8 site as admin.
- Navigate to "Extend" and enable all Bibliography & Citation modules.
- Navigate to Configuration->Bibliography & Citation->Import
- Click the "Choose file" button and select the RIS file (example used file attached).
- Select "RIS" from the "Format" drop-down.
- Click import. Import should complete successfully.
- Navigate to content.
- Click on the "Bibliography" tab.
Expected result:
- Titles are displayed for all imported citation bibliography records.
Actual result:
- Titles are not displayed.

Not all content is available!
It's likely this issue predates Contrib.social: some issue and comment data are missing.
I'm using the 3.0.0-beta3 version of the module and have encountered the same issue with titles not imported from a RIS file. I have tried with a RIS file I generated and with the sample file provided by @camilocodes in the original issue.
