Hi, it would great to have the ability to add custom http headers through this module. Right now only selected few header values can be modified. Custom header feature should have header name as an additional field while creating a new header rule. This feature is beneficial when headers like X-Accel-Expires which is used by Nginx for caching is required to be added.
