I can confirm that adding
scripts[] = js/paypal_donations.jsinto .info fixes the issue for me.
I'd move it into RTBC but there is no patch or PR.

Hi.
When I'm logged in, the link points to this url : .com/fr#
But when logged out, the link becomes: .com/# (and goes no where).
I'm using jQuery version 1.10. Where is my mistake?
