BCC and CC emails are not rerouted if the "to" address is whitelisted.
The CC and BCC headers should also be checked against the whitelist. If any of the intended recipients, (to, cc, or bcc) are not whitelisted, then either:
Option A: the email should be rerouted (perhaps with a message explaining why?)
or
Option B the unwhitelisted cc/bcc should be unset ?
This preferred behaviour could even be selected on the configuration form.
Set an email with:
to: a whitelisted email address
cc/bcc: a non-whitelisted email address
When the email is triggered, the to email is sent to the whitelisted recipient, but the cc and bcc on the email also receive the email even though they may not be whitelisted.
