I have a use case with this module where we'd like to automatically create accounts for users who have authenticated with the SAML service provider.
It looks like, if we don't allow Visitors of our site to create their own accounts, then the most a user in this use case could do is request an account from an administrator. We'd like to still not allow visitors to create new accounts, but in this special case, where they are already authenticated via SAML, if no existing drupal account is found for them, we'd like the system to create a new account.
Is anyone aware of a way to do this currently without having to create a new patch to this module?
