Tests failing on Windows 10, IIS 10, MS SQL Server 11, and PHP 7

The attached zip file contains saved results page and all verbose output from testing.

I'm happy to run more tests in my environment, but sadly I don't have time to hunt for bugs. However, despite all the fails, the module seems to be working and I managed to get a working API site for one of my projects.

Tests were rewritten in the D10 version of the module which uses GitLabCI and currently tests are passing.
