META: New release

Hi All,

There has been a bit of work on the module since the last release and dev isn't in the greatest shape right now.

I'll be working on getting it stable over the next few weeks for a new release and then after that it will probably only be major bug fixes until I know if this module is going to be needed for D8.

I'll be testing the following user journeys to check the module is in a good place:

• Single registration
• Single registration hitting the attendance limit - #2723695: Last slot customer booted out of checkout for reaching max slots →
• Multiple registrations of the same event
• Multiple registrations of different events
• Multiple registrations hitting the attendee limit

I'm open to suggestions if there are other user journeys that are critical to people using this module and VERY grateful of any help people can provide with testing and fixing any bugs with them.

When the module is back in a stable place I'll knock another release out.
