I'm closing this ancient issue as outdated. I loved that installer (I think you wrote it IIRC) but drush and Drupal broke it.

Ideally, we would only want to have to download the theme to use the drush Basic install script. Perhaps porting this script over to composer or Drupal console would be a better solution.
