I am loving having a picure module native solution for lazyloading image resources and have gone through changing formatters to check the "picture lazyload" checkbox on the manage display screen of the content types.
In instances however where the fields are placed using panels the options do not include the "picture lazyload" checkbox. I can only select a picture mapping, but it seems there is no way to set lazyloading for that picture mapping. I tried the options on the page admin/config/media/picture/settings where I am able to set the CKEditor image dialog picture mapping settings.
Another place where I am not able to access these settings is for images embedded in CKEditor using Scald, which uses picture mappings.
Would it be possible to make the settings at admin/config/media/picture/settings apply to all rendering of a picture mapping?
