The dropbuttons don't have an outline or a background.

I have installed theme and set as Administration theme and Default theme but I didn't find the exact issue in Content admin. So please provide few steps and Screenshot to find the issue.

Create a node, then look at content admin, then click a dropdown.
The things behind the dropdown show through it.
