It seems weird sometimes clicking a link and not having any feedback that something is going on. For slow connections, the page appears frozen, resulting in the tendency to click repeatedly.
We can have a progress bar like in github at the top of the page to let the user know that the page is loading.

Marking this as fixed because we now have Hotwire Turbo working in 2.x (see 📌 Hotwire Turbo minimum viable implementation Active ) and it provides this sort of progress bar.
