AJAX update product form when registration chosen

When I am adding a product and I choose a registration type to use on that product, I cannot in the same transaction edit all the registration options. I must first set the registration, save, then go back in and edit the product to see the registration options.

A real nice feature would be to make an ajax call to update the form dynamically based on the registration chosen, so that when the product is being initially added, the registration settings can be set.

A quick alternative might be to change the destination so returns back to itself after saving. (I will try to implement that in rules as a stopgap.)
