I tried to run the latest version in quiz module 7.x-5.0 which gave errors on saving the quiz.
Notice: Undefined property: EvaluationResponse::$rid in EvaluationResponse->score() (line 440 of .../modules/contrib/quiz_evaluation/quiz_evaluation.classes.inc).
Using version 4.0 of the Quiz module.
