This is an interesting module. We have been looking for a way to integrate users (single sign on) so that users only need to login once to access both Drupal and WMHCS. It seems to do a lot more than single sign on but we are only interested in login on both system at this moment.
How far have you gotten with this module development? as we see it is a year old and no official release? and which version of WHMCS does it work with?
