Views Shows Nodes User Does Not Have Permission To View

I create a view to show nodes, with a title field that links to the node. I can't find a way to filter it based on permission to view the node. When they click the link and go to the node it works great, however the view still shows content they don't have permission to view. I am also using the module in conjunction with ACL to do per-user content access.
