So I just tried checking out with Stripe Checkout on my Nexus 5 (Marshmallow) in Chrome (current version) and it doesn't complete the order. When you submit your payment in the Stripe Checkout Form, it comes back to the "Review" pane and will let you checkout again.
If you reload the page manually, you'll get the confirmation page.
I'll try some more devices / mobile browsers tomorrow if I can get my hands on some.
