.dcq_ignore only ignores items whose path starts with a line found in .dcq_ignore.

For example, all feature files should be ignored by DCQ. Features generates absolutely shit code with no regard for Drupal coding standards, and since it's generated code, you have no choice but to live with it.
However, it doesn't seem possible to add, say, *·views_default.inc to the .dcq_ignore file, because it doesn't work.
So what patterns are recognised by the .dcq_ignore file? Is this documented somewhere? Is there any way to get it to ignore auto-generated features files by default?
