When selecting the Picture Mapping in Features UI for export you only seem to attach the Picture Mapping ignoring the components that are actually needed for it to work.
Just like with exporting Content Types for example Features should attach the linked components that are required for the mapping to function:
- Breakpoints
- Breakpoint Group
- Image Styles in the mapping
