Postponing, as unlikely to get fixed for D7. Would like to include this feature in the D9/10 release. Also would like to select which comment types allow cutting/pasting in D9/10.

I need to show cut and past links only for selected nodes, or only for nodes which have comments is turn on. How i can do this?
