Adaptive Theme not working with public file system working with S3 (s3fs)

Hi!

I'm using S3fs module and set public and private over a S3 bucket.
All working as expected, except Adaptive Theme settings.

A warning appears, saying that cannot find CSS generated files:

CSS file missing or not found public://adaptivetheme/f4r_files/f4r.lt-ie9.layout.css

The module is looking inise public folder but not at S3.
Also, If I uploaded a logo, the logo cannot be found.
The logo is not uploaded to S3 and also i don't find in sites/default/files
The file is remaining at /tmp folder.

First I open the issue on "Adaptive Theme", but Jeff Burnz explain that is a bug of S3 FS module: https://www.drupal.org/node/2604046 β†’

Any idea?
