Fails to generate order or registration

Hello, after implementing Commerce Registration it does not create a order nor a registration after payment has been processed. I have attempted to uninstall Commerce Registration and Registration to begin fresh, but cannot uninstall Registration as 'registration is a required module and can't be disabled. Reason: Fields pending deletion.'

Initially, Commerce Registration WOULD generate an order and a registration. After adding custom fields to the registration, however, the module died and failed to perform basic functions. There are no relevant log messages generated after the order has been paid for and checkout is complete.
