Distro Update Manager: submodules fail with does not match .make file version Unknown from panopoly_wysiwyg

Hi Panopolistas,

Updating from 7.21, 7.23, and 7.25 to 7.27 in various installations (different machines and distros) I am sporadically getting these two errors:

(Image Resize Filter 7.15 > 7.16)

Distro Update Manager: image_resize_filter version 7.x-1.15 does not match .make file version Unknown from panopoly_wysiwyg.
Includes: Image resize filter

(Linkit 7.x-3.3 > 7.x-3.4)

Distro Update Manager: linkit version 7.x-3.3 does not match .make file version Unknown from panopoly_wysiwyg.
Includes: Linkit

These modules have never been manually modified and they only exist within the Panopoly profiles directory.

I have no custom modules or Features.

I have tried two different update methods as outlined in the Panopoly docs:
- via Drush; dl panopoly and then run update Drupal twice.
- manually, shifting the /sites/ directory around and then running drush updb twice.

As always, cache is manually cleaned (drush cc all)

Please note that a clean install of the package probably won't trigger the problem since it seems to be related to an update of the two submodule versions.

I'm guessing it's a personal problem...but no idea how to fix it up or why it happened.

I have the same problem with updating Panopoly:

Distro Update Manager: admin_views version 7.x-1.7 does not match .make file version 7.x-1.8 from panopoly.
Distro Update Manager: ctools version 7.x-1.15 does not match .make file version 7.x-1.20 from panopoly.
Distro Update Manager: panels_breadcrumbs version 7.x-2.4 does not match .make file version 7.x-2.6 from panopoly.
Distro Update Manager: date version 7.x-2.10 does not match .make file version 7.x-2.12 from panopoly.
Distro Update Manager: simple_gmap version 7.x-1.4 does not match .make file version 7.x-1.5 from panopoly.
Distro Update Manager: media_youtube version 7.x-3.9 does not match .make file version 7.x-3.11 from panopoly.
Distro Update Manager: wysiwyg version 7.x-2.6 does not match .make file version 7.x-2.9 from panopoly.
