Move dependency from sites/all/libraries to sites/example.com/libraries

I'm trying to install this to meet the requirement for devel_themer.
Due to server restrictions, I have no access to sites/all/libraries to install the simple_html_dom.php file. I have installed the libraries module https://www.drupal.org/project/libraries → and put simple_html_dom.php in the sites/example.com/libraries directory but I'm still unable to get the simplehtmldom module to recognize that.

Is there a way to do this?
