When accessing admin/commerce/licenses as user 1 everything works as expected.
I've granted Administer Licenses permission to a user role and users with that role can access the view as expected, but the view is empty.
On order to get round this I've had to Disable SQL rewrite in the view, though I'd rather not do that.
I had a good look through the various permissions and nothing I set changed the result.
Any help in getting this to work would be much appreciated.
