Can't panelize registration form

Hello,

I'm using Panels to control the layout of my pages and I'm trying to figure out how to show the Registration form in a panel (eg. node/%node/register). I've tried the "Page manager existing pages" module and it didn't seem to recognize the Registration paths. Is this possible to do? Anyone else had any lucking "panelizing" the regsitration form?

If someone could point me in the right direction it would be greatly appreciated.
