Index status_source_language not used.

In version 7.x-1.0-rc3 new field had been added "status". It used in index for table "redirect".
Now old select queries from table 'redirect' misse field status in conditions and can't use table intex.

Need to add something like this:

$query->condition('satus', array(0, 1));

for each queries where status is skiped.
