Person with access to subset can change subset permissions for administrator

Hi there,

Great module (spent a few hours with https://www.drupal.org/project/permissions_lock → ) and couldnt get it to quite do what we needed.

The only issue I can see with this is that the subadmin can still modify the permissions for the admin user role (although only the subset that they have access).

I think this is never likely to be more then an annoyance in that the full admin can always assign themselves the permission back (unless you are a little careless with which permissions you give to your subadmin!), but it would be great if you could specify certain roles that that the subadmin cannot edit the permissions for.
