Allow areas to be excluded via contextual filter from GeoJSON View

This came up while I was thinking through #2551091: Show map in /locations and /asset/[id]/locations β†’ .

Basically, in the area view page (technically the taxonomy term view page), a map is displayed that shows the area you're looking at in blue, and all the other farm areas in gray underneath. The point/line/polygon for the area you're looking at is actually being rendered twice because of this: once for the geofield overlay, and once for the gray "all areas" layer.

It would be better if the area that you are currently looking at could be filtered out of the "all areas" layer, so that it didn't display twice. It may be possible to do this with a contextual filter on the View that takes the taxonomy term id from the URL, and uses it to exclude that area.

If we also do #2551091: Show map in /locations and /asset/[id]/locations β†’ , then we would also want to exclude any child areas as well. This may be trickier?

Closing old issues. This one is outdated. Maybe something similar would be good to do in farmOS 3.x, but it hasn't come up as a priority recently.
