I have all the dependencies working, I can see all the config fields (I've tried many animation styles), and I've set a 5 second duration, no other settings. The WOW script is being loaded on the page with the animated block, and all the WOW classes are added to that block, but nothing is happening.
There are some inline styles and attributes on that block:
<div id="block-block-18" class="block block-block animated infinite wow bounce last even animated" data-wow-duration="5s" style="visibility: visible; animation-duration: 5s; -webkit-animation-duration: 5s;">
But nothing is happening! The block just shows up immediately on page load, even though it's at the very bottom of a long page. No script errors either...

It's likely this issue predates Contrib.social: some issue and comment data are missing.
I reopen this issue because I have the same problem: everything is installed, no errors on drupal status report or debugger console but no animation is triggered.
