Link to user and add user picture

I think it would enhance this module if Users in grant list could be linked to their user profile. The cherry would be to include their user picture.

In my use case my users will forget who they added and the username alone may not help. Right now this requires my users to open another page and search the username in question. Much easier to click on the user right in the list...or see their user picture. Better still is being able to display some user profile content in a beauty tip with a hover.
