In the 7.x-1.x and earlier implementations the Daily Golden Verse and Daily Proverb blocks are implemented with a dependency on drupalbible.org. We need to eliminate that and take the opportunity to improve them in several ways.
1. Move them to sub-modules.
2. Allow the user to schedule their own calendar of verses to feature.
3. Rename them - right now the default for Daily Proverb is actually every refresh
4. Make the default behavior consistent.
