Token support for the Simple Package Tracking

It is great to have token support enabled for this module, that is because we can use tokens of tracking number, url, service name for different purposes as an example when updating an order etc.

So it is great to have a such a feature added.

  • The Simple Package Tracking system provides token support for enhanced package tracking capabilities. Tokens are unique alphanumeric codes assigned to each package, allowing customers to easily track and monitor their shipments throughout the delivery process.

    When a customer places an order and receives a token, they can enter the token on the Simple Package Tracking website or mobile app to access real-time updates about their package's location and status. The system retrieves information from the logistics provider's database and displays it to the customer, ensuring transparency and convenience.

    With token support, customers can expect the following features:

    Shipment Status: Customers can view the current status of their package like jnt cargo package status , such as "In transit," "Out for delivery," or "Delivered." This information helps them stay informed about their package's progress.

    Estimated Delivery Time: The system provides an estimated delivery time based on the package's current location and historical data. This allows customers to anticipate when their package will arrive.

    Location Tracking: Customers can track their package's location in real-time using the token. The system displays the package's latest location updates, helping customers monitor its journey.

    Delivery Notifications: The system sends notifications to customers when their package undergoes significant status changes, such as departure from a facility or successful delivery. These notifications can be received via email, SMS, or push notifications on the mobile app.

    Delivery History: Customers can access the complete delivery history of their package, including timestamps for each status update. This feature helps resolve any disputes or concerns regarding the package's transit.

    Customer Support Integration: If customers have any questions or issues related to their package, they can reach out to customer support through the Simple Package Tracking platform. Support agents can assist customers by referencing the token, allowing for efficient and accurate assistance.

    By leveraging token support in the Simple Package Tracking system, customers can enjoy a seamless and transparent tracking experience, ensuring they are well-informed about their package's whereabouts from dispatch to delivery.
