No CKeditor toolbar for authenticated users, only for administrator

Hi,

As an administrator I can see the toolbar from CKeditor for this field, when I chose Filtered HTML, but as a authenticated user I can not see the toolbar for the particular field. Both users have allowed to Filtered HTML in text formats.

For the field in question, "Filtered text (user selects text format)" is chosen in Text processing.

Hope someone has an answer to how to get the toolbar.
