Define feature set for 7.x-2.0

Now that we have made major progress on outstanding bugs, I'd like to start defining the set of changes that should be incorporated into a 7.x-2.0 branch. I want to keep it pretty small, but significant, because we will soon need to shift focus to porting to Drupal 8.

Here's my current proposal for 2.x:

1. Improve support for Panels (maybe as a submodule)
2. Move all rendering to render arrays and provide default templates
3. Consider removing the custom tables requirements and convert verses and notes to entities (may need to check performance)
4. Make default markup mobile/responsive friendly
5. Add support for additional bible formats (preferably in a pluggable fashion)
6. Add support for additional web sources for bibles

Please discuss and add other suggestions.
