Add Somali, Khmer, Bosnian, Bengali, Chichewa, Hausa, Igbo, Javanese, Malagasy, Marathi, Nepali, Punjabi, Zulu, and Tamil to the supported languages

I have noticed that this module is missing a few languages that Google supports.

Bengali
Bosnian
Chichewa
Hausa
Igbo
Javanese
Khmer
Malagasy
Marathi
Nepali
Punjabi
Somali
Tamil
Zulu

Additionally, the list of supported languages should be returned from a function, for example gtranslate_languages(), rather than being stored in an array that is copied in different functions.
