Hi there,
I have a situation whereby i need to clear/delete all licenses and allow customer to purchase a new (thus upgrading or downgrading) on the website.
I only see a rule which 'Activates all licenses of the provided order'.
Would be great to see a rule which 'Deletes all licenses on the users account'.
This would also be awesome to implement into the user cancellation process so users can cancel their own license by canceling their account because at the moment it just goes to anonymous and then the cron continues to run with the card on file, but i am waiting to see if it actually charges when it's time to "Renew"
