I'm sorry this issue didn't receive any responses, but since Drupal 7 is EoL I'm going to close it as being outdated.
Not sure if this is a Style Guide issue, but the when using Omega 4 (or an Omega 4 sub theme) the style guide page is blank. In fact, Omega 4 sub themes do not even appear in the style guide menu (but a style guide link is still shown on the main "appearance" page).
