Fixing Widget/Formatter machine names/configuration schema/simpletests

Hi Gus, this patch fixes a number of issues:

  • The widget and formatter machine names were different from the D7 version. This complicates migration.
  • The video_id column was too small. YouTube ids now exceed 15 characters.
  • Tests were broken
  • No configuration schema for formatter config
  • Miscellaneous bug fixes caused by API changes
