Provide setting to make element sticky at the bottom of the page.

This would work better as a top/bottom checkbox I believe. The top would be the default and would work as it does now. The bottom would make elements stick at the bottom of the page as one scrolls down (useful for the form submit buttons for example).

This issue is still relevant for versions 8.x - 1.4. I'll take care of it and change the version to the most current one.
