Add a Drush command for updating module info files

It would be nice to be able to write into module info files instead of having to do it manually. I think something like the manual equivalent of drush config-list | grep 'some pattern' >> module.info.yml that handles updating/duplicates/dependencies would be a great addition to the tool.
