License granted time comes from commerce_license_get_time, which is set once and never updated.
However if licenses are getting activated in the Synchronization queue powered by Advanced Queue and drush, all licenses activated with the long-live queue consumer process will be the same, even if they were activated hours, days, weeks later.
I'm attaching a very simple patch that may suffice to fix the issue.
