"git" command requires the command line developer tools ...

After installing and activating this module I did not do anything with it, but instead choose to override settings in settings.php. Doing this I ended up with a dialogue box on my Macintosh telling me "The "git" command requires the command line developer too. Would you like to install the tools now? Choose install to continue. Choose Get Xcode to install Xcode and the command line developer tools from the App Store."

Since I don't want to install this stuff on my Macintosh I am wondering what in the Environment indicator module has to be done to get rid of this dialogue box.

I do not have that issue on the server with the Live/Production site .... but only on my local Testing environment (with MAMP).
