In Status Report, the PHP section has a link to "more information". Clicking on it produces a page of information that is "outside" Drupal. It would be neater to have this appear with the standard Drupal Admin theme and menus.

It's likely this issue predates Contrib.social: some issue and comment data are missing.
Given the lack of interest here I think we can safely close this "won't fix". The built-in phpinfo page is well known amongst PHP developers and is not intended to be used by ordinary users. I don't see any value in changing the way it looks or works.
