After enabling Paypal WPP, at checkout and select Credit Card, there is no input box for card holder's name. However, according to WPP documentation, card holder's first and last name are required.
I tested with a sandbox, the transaction goes through, which implies that Commerce Paypal probably uses Billing Information First and Last name as parameters for the transaction, doesn't it?
I was wondering if this design that don't allow user to input card holder's name is intentional? On creditcards.com http://www.creditcards.com/credit-card-news/is-sharing-your-credit-card-... it says sharing Credit Card is illegal, therefore there is no use case that card holder's name can be different from the name on billing information.
Was this assumption right?
