Shared Access

Hello,

Thank you for sharing this much needed module with the community! I'm overwhelmed at the moment studying node access control in drupal (in general), and I think your module will help me. I am having trouble with the "Shared" access approach.

Steps:

1. I have a content type (dept_file) that contains a node reference field (dept).
2. I added the same dept field to the user profile fields.
3. I selected dept "finance" for user "ann" on the user profile page.
4. I went to the configuration page (admin/config/content/access_by_ref) and entered the following under "Shared": Grant Access to User with Shared Profile Value":
   dept_file|dept
5. I gave ann's role (dept file creator) the Access By Reference permission.
6. I rebuilt the permissions.
7. Cleared the cache.

I'm actually not sure what order I completed these steps in. But when I logged in as ann, and went to edit a dept_file I did not own, I did not have permissions to do so. Did I miss anything? The dept_file has "finance" selected as the dept.
