As we are now on Drupal 10, we can add this to the D10 configuration, without needing to alter anything about the "API" module.
People might search for things on https://api.drupal.org/api/drupal/8 that are not in drupal 8 anymore. We will not add stubs or leave empty @deprecated code in d8.
When the api.d.o search returns no results, Add a link to the change record search.
