Image empty/filled doesn't seem to work

As a test, I'm trying to hide the Body field (text_textarea) when the Image field (image_image) is empty (and then show it when it's filled).

I setup the necessary condition to make the Body field invisible when Image is empty, then went to create a new node. The Body field is hidden initially, so that works, however when I add and upload an image, the Body field doesn't appear.

I then added another condition to make the Body field visible when Image is filled and tried again, but no luck - the Body field doesn't appear when an image is uploaded.
