The only supported versions of Content Lock no longer work the same way and therefore do not suffer from this bug. As the Drupal 7 version is no longer supported closing this issue.

lock OK when editing the node but after node submit :
The page you are editing could not be locked automatically. Please lock the page to make sure other people cannot accidentally overwrite your changes.
