How to flush from code without displaying the image

Background:
I am integrating a flash component on a page. This flash component will have a xml file as input with the paths of the IC images in it. The flash component then loads the images defined in the xml document. Everything works fine as long as the images are there!

Problem:
The flash component does not do http request to get the image cache file, so if the image is not there, IC will never be called.

Question:
How to force the creation of the IC files from code without acually displaying the image?
